Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Footbag Designer, an app and website by Haven Footbags, operated by Lemonade Sports LLC (“we,” “us”). By using Footbag Designer, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Footbag Designer lets you design custom footbag panel layouts and colors, and save your designs to an account. Some features require a one-time purchase (“Plus”).
2. Your Account
You need an account to save designs. You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for anything that happens under your account. You must be old enough to legally agree to these Terms to create an account.
3. Your Designs
You own the designs you create. We store them so you can access and edit them, and we won’t use them publicly without your permission.
4. Purchases
“Plus” is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — it doesn’t renew or charge you again.
If you buy Plus through the Apple App Store, that purchase is billed and handled by Apple, and Apple’s own terms and refund policies apply. If you buy Plus on our website, it’s processed by our payment provider, and purchases are generally final except as required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
Don’t use Footbag Designer to do anything illegal, to infringe someone else’s rights, or to disrupt or abuse the service.
6. No Warranty
Footbag Designer is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Footbag Designer. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or ten dollars if you haven’t paid us anything).
8. Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we’ll let you know in the app or on this page. Continuing to use Footbag Designer after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
9. iOS App Store Users
If you downloaded Footbag Designer from the Apple App Store, Apple’s standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies to your use of the app, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you.

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Footbag Designer collects and how we use it.
1. What We Collect
- Account info: your email address, and a display name if you set one.
- Your designs: the footbag designs you create and save.
- Purchase status: whether you’ve bought Plus, so we can unlock the right features for your account.
We don’t collect or store your payment card details. Purchases are handled directly by Apple (App Store purchases) or our payment processor (website purchases) — we only receive confirmation that a purchase happened.
2. How We Use It
We use this information to run your account, save and sync your designs, unlock purchased features, and stay in touch with you — including promotional emails, which you can unsubscribe from anytime. We may also use your information to show you more relevant ads, including through third-party advertising partners.
3. Who We Share It With
We use service providers to run Footbag Designer, and they can access data only as needed to do that: Google Firebase (accounts and design storage), RevenueCat/Stripe/Apple (processing purchases), and marketing and advertising partners (to help us reach and understand our customers). We don’t share more than what’s needed for these purposes.
4. Your Choices
You can update your account info, delete your designs, or permanently delete your account and all its data anytime, right in the app’s Settings screen.
5. Children
Footbag Designer isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
6. Changes
If we make significant changes to this policy, we’ll let you know in the app or on this page.
