Returns
You can return a footbag within 30 days of purchase if it’s unused and in its original packaging. This includes custom footbags ordered through Haven Footbag Designer.
How to start a return
Email jaymathes@hackyhaven.com with your order number before you send anything back. We’ll reply with where to send it.
Damaged or defective footbags
If your footbag arrives damaged or has a defect, email us with your order number and a photo. We’ll try to repair it first.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll email you and refund your original payment method. Your bank or card company may take a few days to show the refund.
Custom orders
Each custom footbag is made to order. Before you pay, you can cancel a quote request in the app at any time. After you’ve paid, contact us about any change or cancellation. Footbags are handmade from real fabric, so colors may look a little different from the screen.
Designer Plus and Designer Teacher
These are purchases in the Haven Footbag Designer app. Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases at reportaproblem.apple.com. For a purchase made on our website, see the app’s Terms of Service or email us.
